Order Processing

Thank you for choosing Peace of Mind Packs!

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure your kit arrives safely and ready to use.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping destination, package size, weight, and the shipping method selected.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your order has shipped. While we work hard to get your order out quickly, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Peace of Mind Packs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes before your order ships.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier to locate your package.

Peace of Mind Packs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged package and contents so we can help resolve the issue.
