Refund policy
At Peace of Mind Packs, your safety and the quality of our products are our top priorities.
Because our kits contain first aid supplies, over-the-counter medications, and personal care items, we do not accept returns of products once they have been delivered. For safety reasons, we cannot resell or restock items that have left our possession.
We will gladly assist with orders that:
- Arrive damaged during shipping
- Contain an incorrect item
- Have a packing error on our part
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and contents so we can make it right.
